Whether you're preparing for a weekend cruise or Planning a Caribbean voyage for a couple months, we ensure your vessel is maintained, organized, and always adventure-ready.
Our comprehensive yacht management services are designed to ensure your vessel is maintained, organized, and ready for every adventure. For an hourly rate of $100, our team provides:
Updated Inventory & Organization: Regular audits and organization of all onboard supplies and equipment.
Provisioning/ food arrangements: Sourcing and stocking provisions tailored to your preferences and itinerary.
Maintenance & Project Checklist: Proactive maintenance, repairs, and project management to keep your yacht in top condition. Updated list every week.
Communication Management: Handling all communications related to your vessel, including coordination with marinas, service providers, and crew.
Warranty Work & Coordination: Managing warranty claims and coordinating with manufacturers and service agents.
Subcontractor Coordination & Yard Management: Overseeing subcontractors and yard work to ensure quality and timely completion.
Registration & Service Alerts: Monitoring registration requirements and service schedules, providing timely alerts.
Itinerary & Reservations: Planning and booking itineraries, reservations, and activities for your voyages.
Free Estimates: Transparent pricing and free estimates for all services.
Dockage arrangements – Communication will marinas and dockmasters to ensure your vessel is docked at the best price and location.
Custom Designing for uniforms and logos- Our design team goes in deep to create new uniforms for the vessels crew and guest. Logo are also designed for cups, stickers, koozies, hats and more!
MANAGEMENT SERVICES
Our captain and crew services are designed to provide you with a safe, enjoyable, and worry-free experience on the water. All captains are U.S. Coast Guard certified and hold STCW certification. They are highly skilled in handling various vessels and are mechanically inclined to ensure smooth operations. Captains also provide hands-on training for owners or guests, guiding you through all onboard systems.
Captain Services (Hourly-Based):
1–4 hours: $500
4–8 hours: $600
8 hours or more (including overnight): $700 per day
Gratuity not included Crew Services (Hourly-Based):
1–4 hours: $300

What’s Included:
Personalized service tailored to your day’s needs: island hopping, snorkeling, spearfishing, inshore/offshore fishing, tubing, water skiing, scenic tours, Marina reservations and more.
Pre- and post-trip inspections: Captains check fluids, inspect engines and bilges, perform rinse-downs, and ensure all covers and protective items are properly secured after each trip.
Training: Captains will train owners or guests on vessel operation and all systems onboard if needed.
CAPTAIN & CREW SERVICES
Our bottom cleaning services help maintain the performance and efficiency of your vessel. We offer:
· Underwater Cleaning: $5 per foot
Includes cleaning essential components such as zincs, lights, rudder, shafts, props, thrusters, waterline, and more.
We provide photos and videos of the bottom and a full bottom report for your records.
· Inspections: $200 flat
Comprehensive underwater inspections to assess the condition of your vessel’s hull and
components.
· Underwater Labor: $150 per hour
Skilled technicians available for any underwater labor required.
Our team is committed to thoroughness and transparency, ensuring your vessel’s bottom is clean,
inspected, and documented for optimal performance.
BOTTOM CLEANING SERVICES
Full Exterior Washdowns
Every inch of your vessel is thoroughly cleaned with premium boat soap, including the inside and outside of hatches, cushions, covers, drains, decks, fiberglass, windows, stainless steel, hull sides, and small tenders if needed.
Pricing: $5 per foot
Premium Detailing, Waxing, and Buffing
This service covers all aspects of your vessel’s exterior and select interior areas, including villages, engine rooms, teak, fiberglass, stainless steel, and cushions. Our team uses high-quality products and techniques to restore shine and protect surfaces.
Pricing: $65 per hour
Full detailing estimates are also available upon request.
EXTERIOR DETAILING
Enjoy peace of mind knowing your vessel can be fueled up quickly and professionally, wherever you are.
Pricing: $200 minimum; call for estimates.
Includes a discounted fuel rate
Fuel is delivered directly to your boat at its location

PRIVATE FUEL DELIVERY
Our interior cleaning service ensures your vessel’s living spaces are spotless and inviting.
For $60 per hour, our dedicated team meticulously cleans:
All cabins, Bathrooms, Laundry areas
Small carpets, Cabinets (inside and out), Chairs
Stainless steel surfaces, Walls and fiberglass
Removal of all dust, Clean all Windows
Removal of all trash, All dishes washed/ dried and put away
And much more!
Laundry Service:
Upon request, our team provides laundry service, including wash, dry, press, and folding. Towels, bed linens, and other items will be made and folded, ensuring your vessel is always ready for comfort and relaxation.
*Laundry pricing varies depending on whether the vessel has a washer and dryer onboard.
INTERIOR CLEANING SERVICE
Our vessel delivery service ensures your yacht is transported safely and reliably by experienced professionals. All captains are U.S. Coast Guard certified and mechanically inclined, providing peace of mind throughout the journey.
Pricing:
Captain: $700 per day
Crew Member: $400 per day
For longer deliveries over 800 miles, two captains are often required, with no crew. Please note, delivery rates do not include food, drinks, marina fees, fuel, customs, or hotel accommodations if needed.
What to Expect:
Reliable deliveries by certified USCG captains
Daily pre- and post-inspections of the vessel and tenders, including oil and fluid checks on all engines, stabilizers, water makers, AC and hydraulic equipment, bilge pumps, and more
Thorough cleaning of the vessel inside and out at the end of each day
Captains provide full daily reports on the delivery’s progress and advise on any repairs or fixes needed during transit
Our team is committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety, care, and communication throughout your vessel’s delivery.
VESSEL DELIVERIES
Our mechanical and electrical services team consists of skilled technicians who excel in a wide range of mechanical, electrical and plumbing tasks. We offer expertise in:
Engines, generators, and stabilizers
Hydraulic systems, thruster systems, sunroofs, shades, and hydraulic actuators
Waste systems, winches, plumbing, and water makers
Transmissions, shafts, props, rudders, and steering systems
AC systems, freshwater systems, gray water systems, and black water systems
Control panels, relays, switches, and lights
Bilge pumps, cameras, radar, sonar, and autopilot systems
Water leaks, windshield wipers, and anchoring systems
Hatches, battery testing/replacements, and battery chargers
Ice machines, refrigerators, washer and dryers, ovens, dishwashers, and sinks
Any kind of electrical equipment—and much more
Pricing: $140 per hour

MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL SERVICES
Our hurricane prep and planning service ensures your vessel is protected and ready for severe weather. We provide comprehensive preparation, securing, and post-storm inspection to safeguard your investment.
Pricing: $20 per foot

HURRICANE PREP & PLANNING SERVICE
Telehealth Services:
$750 per hour
$15,000 per year
Our Telehealth service provides remote access to certified medical professionals for consultations, advice, and support while you are on your vessel. This service is designed for convenience and peace of mind, ensuring you have expert medical guidance wherever you are.
Doctor Visit:
$2,000 per day
For in-person medical care, we offer doctor visits aboard your vessel. Please note that transportation, lodging, and meals are not included in the daily rate.
